Here’s what I think, If you guys are right saying winning championships and playoffs are unrealistic for osu then drop damnnn football and put all the eggs in basketball so we can compete fot championships!!!

Almost losing = Winning
I am genuinely interested in how you would rather have two losing seasons in a row than almost losing a bowl game to get to 10 wins. Did I say Gundy’s best years were ahead of him? All I said was criticize him when it’s bad. Criticize him after South Alabama? yes Criticize him after Texas? Yes But it is obvious that you are being ultra critical when you criticize him for almost losing. I’m sure you would blast anyone who would give him credit for “almost winning” a big 12 championship but you criticize him for “almost losing”. Yes, the defense was bad, it was not the worst in OSU history, but it was bad.

Here’s how your excuses have went from 2011 until now:

“It’s because of OU!!!” ignoring the fact that OU wasn’t a factor in winning the Big 12 title five of those seasons since then.

“We don’t have any money” despite the fact that before NIL the entire point of Boone’s donation and upgrades were to HELP IN RECRUITING. It’s not his fault we despise four star recruits.

“We’re still winning!!!” Yet, still finding ways to get blown out by teams that recruit in the 60’s and 70’s. That’s called embarrassing, not winning.

“We suffered injuries!!!” We had no significant injuries against South Bama and UCF. So what happened?

I’d like to win as many championships as Baylor. I keep hearing about all this winning we’re doing, but I’m still seeing a bare bones conference trophy case. Anyway, in reference to the Baylor scandal only three people were charged. Two backups and one starter.
The starter (Shawn Oakman) was proven innocent. The other two went to prison. So the scandal really had no effect on Baylor’s ability to win the conference twice. It’s always been a nice excuse for Mike and Bob to use when your own program fails to do something.
I like thought train here but A&M cannot be 153 -153 since Gundy took over. That would mean in the same time span that A&M played 306 games and OSU 231.

So basically you whine because Kansas St has won one more championship in the Gundy era than OSU. Baylor has won 3 or just two more. This is what gets you all worked up and pissed off.

You blame Gundy for almost losing. Wow that’s a statement. Did I watch the game? Do you really believe anybody who posts on these sites doesn’t watch the game? That defines you as some mad hermit who is the master of his couch and screams at the TV. You know you do. I bet your blood pressure goes through the roof during games. The worst defense in OSU history? You must be a pup and have not watched too many seasons. A&M racked up 445 yards which was 6th worst this season. Yards is an old stat. Points per possession buddy…have you been standing too close to fireworks?! Aggies kicked 3 FGs, if they were better than 4-11 on 3rd down and traded FGs for TDs then it would have been a game. But they didn’t because the OSU defense got stops and got them off the field. Aggies had 25 rushes for 73 yards with a long of 20. Without that their other 24 rushes managed 53 yards. That’s getting stuffed. Nardo dared the QB to beat him and he couldn’t. If the B12 is the worst conference in the country this year then how is Texas, who beat Alabama going go the playoff? Go back and put some more Kentucky Deluxe whiskey in your expired eggnog. Keep yelling at the TV, you get 'em.

These guys are ldiots. They have been sniffing jockstraps too long. They will never change. They are negative people, who are win at all cost. I bet they complain about everything in their life…their job, their marriage (haha, yeah I know their not married, unless they chain her in the basement), younger generations, the weather, politics, cracked sidewalks, people who smoke, people who almost smoke, people who almost thought about smoking. Just and an unending cry for attention.

Here’s the deal, Boone’s money got our facilities up to grade , maybe better than most. There wasn’t money for recruiting, a bigger budget. All on your list applies when it’s applicable.

Yes, I was just figuring the time span of the four coaches. Gundy took over a couple of years into Francione’s tenure there. I think the point still stands.

You @chris5 see what we have had to listen to for 5 years. Gundy can’t do this , Gundy is a bum , Gundy is a loser. Yea I wish we had more 4 star players that were legit but Gundy gets kids that love football and big upside. These idiots think we should be top 15 every year in recruiting because we are usually top ranked 15. Maybe if they shelled out a few hundred thousand to PWAP we could but a bunch of top portal guys.
And yes they want to win at all costs , they aren’t old enough to remember probation

Almost losing to a team that has 30 scholarship players left…now just really think about that ok…and now think about that team not having a head coach to call plays ok…and really think about the 3rd string QB that snapped his arm on the first play of the game and the 4th string or 5th string had to come in and play…. ok and gundy had his full team and Doak walker award winning running back and starting quarterback and in reality should have lost if not for a fumble near the goal line. Am I missing something here man? Please if I am tell me. Gundy deserves to be criticized for this game and I’m doing it. I’m just not sure you really understand what I’m talking about.
