Our next Lou Groza winner? He was an underrated part of the game last Saturday.
That, combined with inviting MS to visit the school’s Hospitality and Tourism Management department (particularly The Atherton)??
His 52 yarder woulda been good from 60+.
Hearing Utah will be the 2:30pm game
That would be much better than 11:00
Person said “likely” and I guess networks have an idea this early in the season
Last I checked he’s 1-0 this year. If we are gonna nail them to the cross after that game then what does that say about the way Gundy has started non con on a regular basis? And I in no way think Gundy is anything less than a top 10 coach in the country, but if you went off that basis he’s not. So I don’t care much about it. Still think he’s a great coach moving them in the right direction.
I also don’t care to go back and forth on it, but I’m definitely not running from it. I’ll stand behind what I said.
Did anyone ever figure out why Kaak’s 4th q punt was ruled a touchback? I rewatched the game and i think @SherlockOhms was right dueing the game thread. It should have either been at the 2 or a safety.
The only thing I could think of in the moment was that we actually touched the ball first. I think at that point, it’s a free play for the offense. There’s an obscure rule about this, I think.
Gundy wins close in the non con and then makes it to the title game. McGuire doesn’t win.
Applies to fire trucks.
This is correct. Once punting team touches the ball first nothing bad can essentially happen to receiving team
