I’m hopeful but not optimistic. We’ve done this same schtick like 5 years in a row now. Nothing ever happens. I will say there’s a 0% chance we run it back with ALL of the same coaches. One is gone at least.

If there are only minor changes the fanbase needs to revolt. At minimum there needs to be major changes, but best option is a new head coach.

If the head coach is fired with cause do you still have to pay buyouts for the rest of the coaches? Do the assistants even have buyout clauses in their contracts?
