Only Iowa State is less penalized than the Pokes.
Texas Tech runs an offense that can score on any defense and can be executed by a back up with limited experience. They always have a puncher’s chance and that day oSu got knocked out.

Fewer plays (huddling) mean fewer penalties. I think I’ve heard that the huddling was to prevent other teams from intercepting our signals, which I guess have become predictable?
