I think what was important about this article is that it let’s us know why Boynton has not yet pulled in anyone from the transfer portal. So in that respect, there was a lot said in this article. He is waiting for the right fit guys. He knows what is at stake. This team will be no better than last season unless he can find shooters. Defense is not enough, Cowboys have to hit the basket, and there has to be at least one player who can be counted on to hit the 3. Last season it was terrible shooting and lack of 3 pointers. Boynton won’t be around for long if that continues. Let’s see if he can pull off a few more magic tricks on the recruiting trail. The kids love Boynton but not the idea of transferring to a .500 team. He has a big selling job to do. OSU basketball has not been relevant since Eddie Sutton era.

If that’s the case, we’re going to have lots of problems thevnext couple of years. We’re got stack full of guys in those 2 classes. In football.
