I disagree. When the playoff goes to 24 teams, I think Oklahoma St will get in more often than Once every 4 or 5 years. If you think the B12 only has 3 teams to get in then I would think the ACC only gets 3. Then 1 G6, Notre Dame and that leaves 16 teams between the B10 and SEC. That seems like too many especially with the SEC adopting a 9 game conference schedule. Losses will mount. I think the model will look something more like
SEC 6-7
Big10 6-7
B12 4-5
ACC 3-5
G6 1-2
NotreDame

Maybe so, but if you’re serious about getting to the next level of football I would say Eric Morris is your premier coach at getting those positions to excel more than any other. Also, take into account who’s already on the roster for these other teams. Going to an Ohio State or Alabama doesn’t always guarantee you’re going to be “the guy”.
He’s looking for a big play when it isn’t there. Just take what the defense will give you. He did a better job in the second half of that. He doesn’t respond very well when he’s under pressure. Because the offense is predicated on him not being under pressure much.

Most QBs, in fairness, don’t do very well under pressure. I’m sure you’ve seen stats, they just showed earlier this morning for Bears Williams numbers, with and without. His w/out pressure was slightly higher than Mahomes for first 4 games, 80+%. I just think Drew needs a lil more experience with CFB and work on those things you mentioned. The speed of the NFL game is crazy compared to CFB, just like CFB to HS. Plus this is only his first year playing in P4 conference. And we’ve seen QBs taken early in the draft w/ only 1 season of starting in college being busts, e.g. Mitch Trubisky! I was yelling even back then, keep yo behind at UNC for one more season ya doof.

If we miss the playoffs., Meste, Hawkins all come back i think and we go out and gather some dbs that can cover , more defense and OL , just a gut feel. Young has another season, we have a stock of WR
