Pokes landed a 2020 junior college linebacker – not highly touted but the good news is he won’t be counted on for much next year (ideally). Bullets Rundown • Cost-benefit of four-star recruits • Two scenarios not to sell Chuba’s Heisman stock • Triplets vs. the Spencer show Scores • WBB: TCU 72, Cowgirls 68 OSU Bullets • This line from Boone’s piece looking at the cost-benefit of four-star recruits is spot on. The hit rate for higher-rated recruits continues to be higher than those less-heralded. Others, though, simply don’t pan out. Hubbard might be just as sharp this year, but he’s not going to be demonstrably better. And he didn’t sniff New York in 2019. Unless Oklahoma State breaks through for…

I have a new theory on Gundy and 4* players.
He prefers to build a team of 2* and 3* players because he has been told he turns 2* and 3* into 5*, s0 4* players does nothing for his ego.

Whether or not Omalu is an egocentric, narcissist, evil, etc matters little. CTE is real and we got parents out here putting their kids on tackle football teams as young as 5 years old. That is simply INSANE! Soccer too should BAN headers until HS. We’ll learn more all the time about CTE but you can bet we’ll find, IMO, close to half, a lot of NFL players suffer from it.
