Outside of OSU, I think Kansas St & West Virginia have the best logos in the B12.

For best logo in the Big 12 (non-OSU), I think I would go with Arizona State. The trident is pretty unique.

Not sure I agree with the WV logo, but definitely K-State, particularly on their silver helmets. And I hate to say it, but Tech also has a pretty nice looking logo.
