Playing at a small school, Trusler played both ways. As a safety, he made 97 tackles and intercepted five passes in his senior season. — Sounds like Mestemaker’s story except this guy actually started at QB in HS. Also being a lefty, I love it.
Glad we’re all back on board with OSU’s DNA of trusting our own scouting and grabbing undervalued guys to elevate.

If the new staff starts trying to do this same thing with OLine and DLine I will be complaining. Morris has proven he’s able to identify QB talent. Until he starts missing I will trust him.
