The funny thing about Day is he might still make the playoffs AND get fired lol. Would be wild. They don’t accept losing to Michigan and he keeps losing.

That’s kind of the conundrum with not firing him this year. Do you really only give what sounds like will be almost an entirely new staff (other than Gundy staying) just one year? That feels unfair considering the talent it looks like we will have. But also totally fair considering the year we just had but then you’re buying out this staff plus the next staff plus gundy next year.
Anyone know what the mouthpiece RA has put out? Anything?

The problem is most schools are worried about what kind of costs are going to be involved with the House settlement. Notice almost no coaches have been fired across CFB, even those that were on the hot seat. Really only guys with small buyouts have been fired. Next year they will at least know that part of the costs.

Spencer had a chance to come back. He was just told he wouldn’t start the bowl game after he missed the month of practice. Which to me would have been normal. Pissed Spencer off and he went back to the portal. Dumbest decision he ever made. A lot more to 22 also
