I REALLY want to believe in this team…but…
Too many blown leads, not enough plan on offense…gotta improve.
However, if you’d have told me this final earlier today, I would’ve been pretty excited.

Seems like there are always a lot of parallels bw our fb team and BB. We seem so close to greatness, close enough where you can really buy into it .

Man Avery rarely has a good game but when he does he looks like the best player on the court. On top of that he is a turn over machine. Hard to win when you are battling yourself also.
Couple thoughts I have are Boone and Anderson need less minutes and Tyrek Smith and Asberry/Harris need more.
Boone and Anderson have been major disappoints. Especially Avery, he’s depressed after that stellar Soph. campaign.
I heard a sportscaster say that Tony Romo was just good enough to to break Dallas’ fans hearts. That’s the way this team feels, just good enough to break our hearts. I hope I’m wrong. Go Pokes.

In defense of Anderson, he was concentrating on defense of their best scorer , Self himself said that… but you’re right his scoring hasn’t been near what it was his soph year. I don’t know what Boones problem is

More disappointment from OSU. Boynton is now 39-52 in conference play. The experiment is over. Demote Boynton to a PR position and hire a real basketball coach.
Thats a good point and he actually did a pretty decent job, that kid is just really good and he is around 6 foot 8 when Avery is maybe 6’2"? so I will give him credit there for sure. Yeah me either on Boone maybe his brother being gone is tougher on him than he thought? I hear twins being separated from each other for the first time isn’t easy so maybe its that but he just looks lost out there and smith looks better right now. I guess the biggest thing with Avery is efficiency. He had 12.2 ppg game last year, around the same as sophomore year but his %'s were way down. Biggest takeaway from that is no Cade Cunningham. So I should cut him some slack probably.

Kids just dnt develope with boynton. On boone there is something with boynton and him.

Yea I think there is friction between Boynton and Boone, in the dog house all last year. Looks like he could care less at times …Caleb made a lot of them look better than they were apparently
