Do announcements like this entice other prospects to grab a scholarship first? As in, does this push JT Thor to make his move before Williams grabs the final scholarship at OSU? And has Thor announced a commitment timeline?

You take Williams if he wants to come. If Thor or another quality 4man wants to come after that, you make room.
Makes zero sense to take another guard unless Boynton knows he has a couple of guards on his roster who may be leaving. He needs a PF. Hell, he needs to reach out to the big 7’3 center from Purdue that entered the transfer portal today.
This is what I was saying. Donovan set a Monday announcement and Thor moves his to Sunday. I think this looks good for OSU!
