I was off by just 6 points on my prediction, I think. Predicted 38-24 Pokes. Final 32-24 Pokes. I gave crap to Gundy and Dunn in the first half, so I’ll gladly eat some crow. I was wrong and willing to admit it. Offense showed up in the fourth quarter BIG TIME. Spencer played well aside from the one pick. Looked like it just came out of his hand wrong. One he sailed high to Owens over the middle, but that bootleg throw to Presley for 6 was straight money! Defense was nails for 4 quarters aside from stopping Bijan. FWIW, at times, Warren looked like the equal to Bijan. Thompson felt heat all game, took some big hits today. Special teams were excellent I thought. Fields goals were great. Return coverage units were very solid. Tremendous job by Gundy and staff to find a way to hit 6-0. On to the next one. GO POKES!!!

Big time win for the Cowboys. I had Texas winning 31-20. They’re 6-0. Won on the road. There’s a lot of football left to play……but odds are Bedlam in back-to-back weeks. OSU looked like it was on the ropes on a few different occasions, but all that matters is the score. I think the OSU defense is pretty good……& Spencer Sanders is not.

I’d like to see this defense against an offense from the Big 10 that’s not Ohio. I think the defense would get way more credit than it’s currently getting. Granted it’s getting a pretty good amount now.
