Instacap: OSU Defeats No. 13 Texas Tech in Overtime 82-77

They win by 5. Since you can’t do math. I just thought I’d let you know that 8-19 from three is 42 percent and not 35. Which is pretty decent.

Exactly!!! Boynton brought in the 5th best recruiting class in the country for a school people weren’t sure would be on probation or not. He’s not even making close to the amount of money Gundy is either. I agree as well. If he can’t get it done over the next couple of year then get rid of him. We know it’s doesn’t take 16 seasons to figure out if a coach is worth it or not.

A 5 point win in the road against the #13 team in the country looks a little better than Gundy’s road loss to a TCU team that had a record 3-4 at the time OSU played them.

Shame Texas didn’t flirt with Gundy. Would’ve let him walk instead of giving him another cent. New Texas HC is setup to fail. I don’t understand why a recovering alcoholic would take one of the most stressful jobs in college football.

Hey idiot those #'s were tech’s they won one con by 2 and they shot real chitty

Kinda alike boynton losing to a bad tcu team. U really make this easy

Yes he is trying. Seems to understand he is in a mess when the centers left. Also knows he needs to set up a offense to improve shooting. We know that the class he brought in is a good one but based on giving a job away.
He is and has done good stuff. The first ten minutes of the tech game they looked like a good college team. The other 34 minutes looked like a street ( wannabe nba) ball team. If he wants to stay he has to get his guys to stop just throwing up shots.
Really I’m hard on boynton because he needs to win. I’m really hard on joe using boynton, because joe does understand the basic of any sports.
I hope Texas new coach works out like his last blue blood school.

Cade is second in the conference by 0.3. Cade can shoot.

What’s he shooting in conference games. That’s when we need him, not against oru

Nice win yesterday for the pokes. After losing a home game they stole one on the road against quality opponent. Let’s see if Boynton and the boys can build off this win.

It’s kind of like Gundy losing close Bedlam games. See 2010, 2012, 2013, 2017, and 2018 Bedlam games for example. In the 2012 Bedlam game Gundy had a 14 point lead with less than 8 minutes to go. You know what happened? He lost.

Kansas has already played five top 25 teams and have posted a 3-2 record (They only beat Tech by 1 point)

OU has two losses to a top 25 team and they just beat #9 WV yesterday. (They lost to Tech by 2).

Your just trying to justify that in your opinion Tech basketball isn’t very good this season. So that’s not necessarily the case. They’ve played some decent competition this season. You are just afraid to admit you might be wrong about this team and you don’t want Boynton looking better than Gundy. Just admit it.

Then we are even so far. Boynton lost to an unranked TCU team just like Gundy.
