This is on Gundy for retaining the most incompetent and overrated OC and OL coaches in the nation.

The run game was bad today because they abandoned the run. Utah stuck with it. We didnāt. When their backs got stuffed or had short gains, they kept handing it off and it evens out. Ollie had a couple of nice runs, but the minute he carries for fewer than 4 yards, we back off of the run for the next seven plays. There was no reason to give up on the ground game like we did.

Most sensible comment Iāve seen today. This is what I was feeling tooā¦ And yes, thatās on Dunn. He is a WR coach so it makes sense that he would be a āpass first and ask questions laterā guy, but heās got to be better than this.

This loss is on Gundy!!! Pulling Bowman was incredibly stupid! Truly there are no words to describe the stupidity.
Also agree, Dickey & Dunn should be gone before Monday!!!

The issue is that youāre in denial that heās one of the huge problems that handicaps our offense, and itās been obvious since heās been the OC. He was also a huge reason we didnāt win our second conference title. The dude is a hack as an OC and always will be. Iāll say it againā¦ā¦one of the most, if not the most overrated, overpaid, and incompetent OC in the country.

How do you get worse? People get film on you and adjust. People have been thinking about playing us all offseason. He should be thinking ahead and trying to counter their counters or, at the very least, adjusting after the fact.
You see this at all levels, though. Youāll have NFL offenses be prolific and then drop off the next year. Itās a constantly evolving cat and mouse.

How do you stay worse? You donāt make any adjustments throughout the season knowing you have a problem. You also donāt hardly make any adjustments at the half today as Rashaun Woods stated. As AR stated earlier āCoaching mattersā. Didnāt seem to affect us from 2010 to 2011. So NOW it has to be an issue.
One that Dunn hasnāt adjusted to in 5 years. He needs to be gone or demote himself. We need a solid G5 OC. The only way this team will ever come close to winning the conference is if Gundy gets an excellent OC or DC hire. He has neither right now. The defense (for how bad theyāve been) actually played well enough to win. Then Dunn just totally screws them over. Gundy should be apologizing to the fan base for trying to shove a turd sandwich down their throats.
Then how do teams stay good? Lol. Canāt buy that for a dollar.

You either recruit exceptional talent or you innovate. I already stated that we didnāt do enough to innovate in the offseason. I swear, you guys act like youāre getting some āgotchaā in. Iām just making objective statements and since the sky isnāt falling, you think Iām some kind of apologist. Obviously, the team didnāt do a good enough job. That doesnāt mean everyone and everything was terrible. Why are our fans the worst, but not bad enough to just go away if they hate everything they see?

You are absolutely right. The only solution these guys ever have is fire everybody. Well OU fired Josh Hueple how is that working out? Nebraska fired Frank Solich after going 10-3, and the next year they went 5-6. Corrections need to be made, and at the end of the year if they arenāt then maybe there is need for staff change. Nobody is going to fire an OC after a 3 point loss to the team that is picked to win the conference.

Like, the OCās not getting fired in week 4. If he did, it would be because the season is lost, and you arenāt hiring anyone in September, so weād just be interim promoting an internal coach that they also probably hate or would by seasonās end.
