The whole deal about betting is playing with the out come.
If betting with no points for yourself to when is what a player is suppose to do. Just saying its outside of bad bad

You are correct that gambling on games that you are playing in is not a good idea, it’s a terrible idea actually. But from what I can tell, at least with Arland, this is nothing close to a Pete Rose event. For starters gambling was much different when Pete Rose was doing it and from what I recall Mr Rose had clear conflicts of interest in his gambling. Today with the advent of gambling apps and it being legal in a lot of places it’s really as mainstream as video games. Again looking at the indictment this really seems to be nothing more than some underage kids fooling around.
