What coaching hire has Gundy made since Jim Knowles (8 years ago) that gives anyone any indication heās suddenly going to stop only hiring coordinators that wonāt leave for better jobs?
And thatās IF he actually fires coordinators which heās shown an inability to do.

Thatās the challenge of real grass in November in Colorado. Its long since gone dormant so add a little moisture from the snow and it gets torn up pretty quick.
And Iām not sure Gundy is going to fire anyone either. The parallels to Pat Jones are uncanny.
3-9 with 0 conference wins is simply unacceptable for any serious program. If no changes are made it proves weāre not serious.
And if weāre being real, this team should be 2-10.

Gundy can step down now and before long the fans will forget this season and his legacy will be positive. Two or three more years like this and itās a different story.
