I see that. I’m tired of this zone defense. Most teams that run zone are usually under talented and not fast/quick. It takes a lot of dedicated time to run it to near perfection. Only time I like zone is if I’m playing safety in a cover 2 defense. I’d like to see these guys play man or man zone with some cover 2 with 4-5 guys getting on that QB here and there. Either in the 4-2-5 or out of some type nickel formation. No I don’t play Madden just speaking from my playing experiences. But these days I just work and raise kids lol.

@ar1 the secondary is the biggest weakness. WRs are running wide open all over the place. I hate to use the term dumpster fire but I don’t know how to describe it. The season is half over and we’re not seeing any progress.

I guess we need to figure out what went to SHI*T in the second half and not let that happen again. This is our loss and we need to beat everyone else going forward to make the CC and win it. If the team doesn’t want to work towards that then good for them. That is the memory they will have for the rest of their life and I will tell you it can be bothersome. Go Pokes

Like, seriously. What the hell happened??? How in the world did we lose that game??? That is 100% on Gundy zero question. That second half was complete trash. Completely unacceptable! Gundy has got to go. That was embarrassing! Sanders is such a $hit player under pressure. And just think. We have at least 10 more years of this $hit. Embarrassing.
Two main problems I see:
- Can’t run the ball outside of Sanders
- Secondary is a mess
I’m not sure how you fix those issues because we already had our bye week.

Also just a reality check here, The likely hood of OSU ever winning a NC is super low no matter who is coaching. Given that the CC isn’tall that meaningful. All we as fans of OSU can do s to root for our team to beat the next man up, Texas in this case, Living game to game is the ony way to follow OSU football.

Our O-line didn’t look great. Losing our starting center was going to make winning on the road tough, just like when we lost our center before the B12 championship game last year. Not sure if we get the center back before Texas, but we need better play up front. Richardson gets the tough yards, but we need to average more yards per carry.

TCU has some big, talented receivers. Secondary will need to play solid to beat Texas.
OSU needs to beat Texas and Kansas State to secure those tie-breakers.

Without an offensive line it’s hard to win. Gundy has failed to figure this problem out for way too long. Never seen a team that has had a bad offensive line for so many years.

Unfortunately, most morons on here think Gumby is still the second coming of christ and can’t see he is never going to get us beyond where we are. It’s sad as a logical fan that doesn’t blindly root for wins that will never haapen. Giving it the old college try is over. Gumby not only gave TCU that game, but he might as well have told TCU every single play we were about to run. That’s how badly he got outcoached. Absolutely pathetic. And Sanders… Well, he is what he has always been. Trash under pressure. How many years will it take for Gumby to recruit a solid O Line?? He’s had 17 fukcing years. I hate the man.
