And now we know why Arroyo wasn’t offered the OC position here. Because he’d have left for the first HC position available, and for some reason, we don’t think that’s a good thing.
You’re right. I don’t think it is a good thing.
It’s not good to have consistently one and done coaches. On average I’d think 3.5 years is about what you’d want.
