Boynton is high on his freshman big’s potential.
He can have a good impact against teams like Tech that don’t have a lot of size, but these next two games will probably highlight his limitations at this point going against 260+ lb bigs in Derek Culver and Oscar Tshiewibe for WVU and Dok and McCormack for Kansas. But that shouldn’t discourage fans from being excited about his future.
But hopefully against WVU we can do what we’ve done the previous 3 times in Morgantown and make it more of a transition game and breaking through their intense halfcourt pressure and continue to get a lot of good looks at the rim.
