Most Underrated OSU Hoopers: Mo Baker and Le'Bryan Nash

OK, here’s my other guy. Averaged 18 pts, 7.6 rbs, 2.2 asst, 0.7 stls, and 3.0 blocks per game in 83-84. Joe Atkinson. A brutal injury (to his hand or wrist, if I recall) limited his 82-83 season to only four games. He would have been a huge asset to that team which went on to win the Big 8 Conference Tournament and get our only NCAA bid between the 1965 and 1991 teams.

Mo Baker is a good shout for sure, but one of my all-time faves was Ivan McFarlin. He was so underrated and on some really really good teams. He was a glue guy for sure.

Marcus Dove was solid during a rough stretch for the program too.

Totally agree on Ivan McFarland. His play was so clutch. Relentless effort. Infectious attitude.
