What the root is? Debatable I guess. I’d bet understanding that he’s the biggest star on campus has been the biggest culprit.
For me, he used to be confident. But completely fine with letting his program do his talking. Now, he’s made himself the center of attention. The mullet. Shirt off. Sound bites. OAN junk. He’s been more sideshow & less substance. He’s a PR machine, which is good i guess. But he’s gone from really good coach to a less reputable version of Lane Kiffin.

I think the real problem is that future OSU-OU games won’t BE “bedlam”
They will just be occasional inter-conference matches. Sure, there will be some nostalgia for the “old days”, but the ongoing rivalry across sports is over.
There won’t be any more reason to get excited about an occasional game with the Sooners than there is about running into the Cornhukers today.
As for Bedlam talk, much ado about nothing.
