I haven’t seen anything regarding the terms? My bet is that it’s not much of a raise yet. Likely just getting him back to what he was before the pay cut last year. Now if he wins the Conf and/or gets to the playoff……that account of his will get much fatter. If he doesn’t get to Arlington, this will be much ado about nothing more than stability for recruits

I don’t think so. I think the 6-0 start had more to do with it. Gundy brings consistency and stability, I think that’s what they wanted more than anything.

OU competes for championships. Alabama is expected to win championships.

It’s was stated that it was for the recruits. Their can’t be anything new in it. Maybe something about perapproval of his wardrobe, not want the ona deal to happen again.
With the realignment it’s important for the new administration to show gundy is here to stay.
Say what u want but rite now gundy is in the title race and has a top 30 class with 5 4 stars.
