Oklahoma State-Texas in GIA Gameday Thread

I turned it on thinking “I mean, just the law of averages means they can’t be the worst D1 team 4 games in a row.”

I’ve been asking that question for the last several games. It just makes no sense that this team has completely cratered the way it has.

This is staggering.

I am staggered.

Three!

Yeah, you’re 100% wrong.

They’re poorly coached on offense and their roster is devoid of talent.

Just because they’re not good, doesn’t mean they’ve quit.

You could hear the sense of relief in the building when that 3 went in.

How has that translated? In you opinion?

Not sarcastically, just generally interested in your take: If it’s just talent, what’s your take on the same dudes being markedly better last year?

Not great, Joe.

When is the last time Keylan even saw the floor?

They played over their head in Brooklyn and Ole Miss and Syracuse both stink.

They weren’t very good before Brooklyn either. People seem to forget how underwhelming their early wins were. Hell, they almost lost to ORU.

Cam McGriff changed from KDs to Jordan 11s in the last timeout. This could be a turning point.

That’ll make em fall.

And, just as I ask that, here he comes.

Poor Anderson. There’s no way that lift gets called in practice and it looks natural to him. They keep calling it against him

Refs allowing plenty of contact but no technical stuff.

is anyone else’s feed out of sync with audio and video?

They won 12 games last year. They played better down the stretch but they were still bad last year, and they have the exact same starting 5 with no real bench production.

I like that this group is at least getting the ball closer to the hoop.
