PFB+ Basketball Recruiting Thread 2.1 #LutzWork (Part 1)

4⭐️ wing Dennis Parker being recruited by us and Georgetown hard. Planning an official for late summer/fall

Him, Garrison and Pierce would be a very solid class.

Love everything but that OSU logo but that’s not your fault

Oh man, I hope we steal him away! :smirk:

3 star

Made a list of the guys we’re heavily linked to in 2023, OV indicates they’ve taken an official and cut list means we’ve made a top10 or whatever the case may be. Only one that we’re definitely not landing is Blocker (and I doubt Bradshaw but who knows)

-Layden Blocker (4⭐️ PG) [cut list]
-Jaland Lowe (3⭐️ PG) [OV]
-Parker Friedrichsen (4⭐️ SG) [?]
-Gehrig Normand (4⭐️ SF) [OV]
-Dennis Parker (4⭐️ SF) [planning OV]
-Trent Pierce (4⭐️ PF) [OV]
-Brandon Williams (4⭐️ PF) [OV]
-Isaiah Manning (3⭐️ PF) [cut list]
-Aaron Bradshaw (5⭐️ C) [cut list]
-Brandon Garrison (4⭐️ C) [OV]
-Jamyron Keller (3⭐️ CG) [OV]

Oh…oh well. :man_shrugging:t2:

We’ve recently been recruiting more 3’s…kinda wondering what’s going on there.

Boynton is the new Gundy

Please no.

Not a terrible strategy. Experience wins in college basketball. It worked for Kansas and Baylor.

:confounded:

KU’s experienced guys are all 4’s and 5’s, though.

Agbaji was #132 and Braun was a 3 star. Still plenty of time for guys in this class to move up too.

This kid really likes OSU, but his recruitment has dipped since he’s been offered. Might be one to keep an eye on if he makes a late push

Knew that was coming lol

EYBL stats for Ashton Hardaway. Interesting note: he played for Dallas-based Drive Nation in the first session before playing the next two sessions with Houston Hoops. I wanna know that story.

  • Puts up a lot of shots
  • Should probably rebound better for his size (6-foot-8)
  • Considering his size, his 3-point percentage is enticing

Speaking of Houston Hoops, here is Jaland Lowe from the TABC Showcase

Edit: If I ever fund an AAU team, I’m going to steal those practice jerseys.

This is exciting. Recently moved to the States from the NBA Academy Africa. Debuted in the composite rankings in late May at No. 41 is now No. 23. On3 has him as the No. 5 guy in the class :eyes:
