Teddy Ballgame
AT&T Park/Oracle Park in San Fran is by far my favorite. Great views, food, and atmosphere. I also would like to see PNC soon
David Ortiz for single-handedly sending the Yankees into the Negative Zone.
Jared Saltalamaccia.
On todayās episode of āWho Had The Longest Last Nameāā¦
Jason Varitek.
The real best answer is Ted Williams. But I canāt agree with davey
Yeah Iām in a daily group chat with Shed, but I know Ritchie as an acquaintance more than anything. He was a Senior my Freshman year in the Sports Management Club and then we were together at the Stros for just a bit before he headed to Cincy.
Do you guys know if he ever made it to the alumni group watch parties in Cincy? I used to go to those all the time.
Thatās not how you spell his name.
āNomahā
Diamondbacks. But baseball is pretty low on my sports order. I think I have only been to games in Phoenix and Kansas City. I only went āall-inā following one MLB baseball team from the opening game (reading newspaper stories, watching many games, going to quite a few) and that was the 2001 Diamondbacks. Yes, a bandwagon fan, but I got on the bandwagon at the beginning of the season thanks to a friend who said theyād be good. What a fun season that was for our whole family. Our fandom tapered pretty quickly in the following years, and almost dropped off the map when they switched from purple to red.
If I go to games these days, I still wear my old school purple Diamondbacks shirt.
Nice! He was in my fraternity at OSU. Awesome dude.
Not sure. We used to go sometimes in Houston so Iām sure he went a couple times up there.
Even though I have no ties to southern California, I have always been a Dodgers fan.
I have been to only 3 Dodger games live and in person (Cincinnati, Houston, and the Rangers), and they were shut out all 3 times. They may not want me to come to any of their games anymore.
Most of my older family were Brooklyn Dodger fans.
I do believe the correct spelling is actually Nomaaaaaahhhh.
Wikipedia is incorrect in this case.
Strongly agree. People get annoyed at how much I love talking about PGH. Beautiful city that has the all the amenities you could want but still feels accessibleā¦ and as a sports guy it doesnāt get much better.
July it is?!
It sure appears like thatā¦ Opening Day July 4th?
