Are we certain that was the reason? Could have also been mistiming of his retreat vs. the snap, could have been an awkward snap.

Yes

Titans had this problem under center with Will Levis too. I’m sure Mason’s smaller hands don’t help, but this issue for the Titans has not been specific to Mason this year.

His small hands fumbled the ball all the way to a dub.

Ollie didn’t run from cops. Ollie didn’t tell Kansas he was their daddy. Or grab his junk on camera. Or wear a shirt saying “Traitor” against his former team. Or make a homemade shirt saying B2B Bedlam champs. Even if Ollie wasn’t our rb, Baker’s d-bag number 1.

I swear to god you’re an OU fan.

But guaranteed we’d all think differently if he was OUR d-bag

The biggest. Do something about it.

Sure. Point is other people being d bags on the field doesn’t make Ollie not one on the field. We just try to pretend like he isn’t because he plays for us. Other team’s fans have a very valid reason to not like Ollie.

I bet you’ve been an OU fan at some point in your life.

I’d love for you to put money on it.

I agree with you 100%. I’m sure other fans can’t stand Ollie. And yeah, he can be a d-bag with the getting in people’s faces for no reason. But I bet if you took a poll of a random fan from each Big 12 school, majority would say Baker is a bigger d-bag. It’d be fun to rank opposing teams’ collection of d-bag players over the last 20 or so years.

Oh without question. My point was just that fandom makes people hypocritical. See it all the time across basically any topic.

Barkley hurdling someone while running backwards might be the most insane move I have ever seen a football player ever make. Unbelievable

Yeah that was unreal

Oh absolutely. I think some of that changes with age and wisdom. As a kid I thought MJ could do no wrong. Then later, I find out he had gambling debts, may have cheated on his wife, etc. Tiger Woods…we all know his story. As kids, we think they’re heroes. They’re not. They’re humans who make mistakes like the rest of us, myself included. I may get a bit overboard at times with my opinions. And some of my takes are plain wrong, but in my 30’s and early 40’s I’ve toned it down so much. Heroes are the ones who truly take care of us, invest in our lives, and love us.

OMG - this Travis has toned it down now?! Really? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Dear Lord, I ask your blessing on young Travis’s parents, who surely must have been saints to deal with 3 decades of a non-toned down young Travis :tornado: :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Not quite saints, but not too far off, CG. I have been blessed with two of the best parents on earth. I just wish more people were able to say that.

I used to let losses ruin my mood for days on end. Now, because we’ve had so much practice at taking L’s this season, they don’t bother me near as much.
