The travel team sheās on is one of the elite travel teams in the country, like one of the top 10 organizations, so thatās encouraging. Also, one recruiting service has her as the No. 18 overall prospect in her class. Not too shabby.

Chandler is like 26-1 this year, and mostly because of her. Apparently at one of her games in the last few weeks there were several D1 coaches there to watch her. So it sounds like sheās the real deal, and sheās a lefty which is nice.

Has anyone been to the recent scrimmages and can share details on the starting lineups, positions, and batting order?
Not quite perfect. Theyāve actually lost 4 games now, but I donāt think she pitched in two of those because they werenāt district games and they gave up more runs than is normal for her. So theyāre 31-4 now. Disappointing.

Unlike you, I donāt think Gundy is overpaid. But Dunn, Nardo, and Dickey are incredibly overpaid for the performances they are putting out.
Kenny is doing great. Youād think with the following OSU softball has and ticket demand that a new stadium would longterm generate more revenue, right? But even OU with 4 recent nattyās took awhile to get their stadium. I do think that softball should be prioritized but I bet Chad helps wrestling first unless a donor specifically steps up for softball.

Sorry, gotta disagree with ya there about which to prioritize. No doubt that wrestling is a larger part the OSU legacy and thatās to be celebrated, but the softball program is currently experiencing a high level of success and the trend is increasing. And if it is also generating now and will generate more of the revenue long term, Iām afraid the wrestling program has to take a back seat on improved facilities. Unless of course Booneās estate includes funds for one or both.

1 conference title in 20 years. A 1-5 championship game record. No Nattyās. No CFP. Even with it expanded to 12, heās not getting in this year. Look at his recruiting rankings through his history. Heās massively overpaid.

I agree with you. We have to protect the legacy of wrestling, but softball as a sport is experiencing a meteoric rise in popularity. I donāt think itās inconceivable at all that softball could become our third highest recent generating sport and one of 2-4 that actually make money. (Behind FB, MBB, and maybe baseball)?

I could be wrong but I thought I heard/read that there is no more money coming from Booneās estate. Everything has been settled I thought.
