Breaking down OSU’s DC hire.
On the topic of the bad look nationally that took place with the BOR, Gundy, Dr Shrum, AD Weiberg, et al. For me I don’t 100% know who did what. I do know that one of the BOR members made a public statement and that “sources” talked to RA. There may have been other public statements that were made that I didn’t hear. Now to put the whole fiasco on Gundy is short sighted and likely not fair IMO. For starters one can only speculate what his involvement was, you can put two and two together and speculate all you want but in the end you can’t know. Now IMO the picture painted nationally on how Oklahoma State does business with HC personnel matters was terrible. It shouldn’t have happened as it did. For me I blame everyone involved. All of them had the ability to act like grown ups and do things behind closed doors but instead they choose not to and instead played some kind of power game that ultimately got carried in the media nationally and painted a very poor picture of Oklahoma State.
