Look at where this guy has coached. Really good baseball programs. This could be the missing piece to get this program to the next level. On paper this looks like a terrific hire. Hopefully, no more leaving struggling pitchers on the mound too long, and he needs to decrease the amount of late innings homers that loses so many games. Better recruiting needed.

Guy looks legit to me. He evidently can coach and recruit the type of kid he wants. His numbers everywhere are better than we have had last few years
