I read an article maybe from PFB link regarding UNT’s efforts to keep Morris….the numbers they were stating had no chance of keeping him. They said the alumni got together and combined for $1.7M for NIL and thought Gundy was complaining that we only had $7M to work with. Wait until the donors come out for this new era. Heck, OSU can host a 4 day concert and get 1.7 on the first day. As well they spoke about paying Morris 3 million and again I’m guessing OSU will pay him in the 4.5 to 5 million range to start? It’s unfortunate for the Mean Green, but blue bloods do it to us.

UNT’s RB1 alone has more touchdowns (19) than our entire offense (16). There were four(!) games where our offense did not find the endzone at all.
It will not be hard to improve upon this season. I look forward to the new era of OSU Football.

3: Yes. But, I wouldnt bring him in unless its at a much cheaper price than what he likely wants. Good DC that was made great by his personnel. It would be a longshot hire.
4: Yes. They will get some guys back in the boat that they lost. Jones will likely come back too, but he is in no way “the real deal”.

He a good D guy when he has guys 2-3 years

You never know for sure, but it looks all the world like we have hire a young innovative coach with some proven results. My biggest concern is that he spends 2 or 3 years at OSU and moves on. I wonder what thef buyout number is on the new contract - hope it’s big.

Improved OSU from 97th to 64th to 34th to 9th. I’d say he improves every year, and not every 2-3 years. We’re going to start getting better players overall.
