Jimmy Johnson? Did he have the resources at the time that OSU has now? You want me to talk about something new because you donât want to admit to the past. Sometimes itâs the past that gives you a general idea of what to expect in the present. If we pull a 10-2 or better this year with losing our best recruits to the transfer portal and a transfer portal ranking of 57th in return, then cool. Unfortunately, the past has taught me that playing for anything significant tends to only happen about once every 5-6 years. Actually winning anything of significance takes around 10 years or longer.

All you talk about is past games , what happened 10 years ago. JJ won a lot of games he wasnât supposed to and lost to some he shouldâve. Our past was 70 years of being bad. We have made the jump to the next level. You have no idea what it takes to make it to the next level. All you do is bad mouth the bad games, what about the good wind we have had ? Please, tell me something here. What big games have we won outside of the years 2011 and 2021 that anyone cares to talk about? Baylor 2013 and maybe Texas 2018? At least everyone knew when Les Miles was here we had a chance in Bedlam. Nobody ever marked it down as an automatic L on the schedule when he was here. We lose more often on national television against good teams than we win.

You look at other coaches for doing great in 1 year then combine them together to show gundy is doing bad. You know a podcast for isu thinks matt may lose all his games. Baylor is being questioned if dave can get it together. Sonny is picked just a head of us after his amazing year. You want to compare last year to this year. I went and looked it up we had over 80 missed games by just the the starters. 365 out of waco said we had 30 guys have injuries. Next we are play 4 new teams this year. We have a different style of qb. Now tell me how in hades can you compare the 2 years.

Arizona is not asu of this year. We will not be starting a true freshman too. Arizona is starting a ture freshman.
