No more excuses for the Cowboys’ gunslinger.
Sanders is the key. His development is the limiting factor on this offense. Can he find his second and third options? Will he open up the short middle of the field and give the linebackers more to think about than Chuba coming out of the backfield. I hope he matures quickly—game 15 will be too late for the season I am hoping for.
Look at Iowa State and Purdy the last two years and I think you’ll have a good idea what to expect from OKSTATE and Sanders.
