Someone committed to Oklahoma State and Oklahoma State football even if it means having to hire new coordinators every 2-3 years and even if they have to get off the couch at their multi-million dollar estate to go schmooze boosters and raise money for NIL.

A YOUNG coach that won’t hire D2 coordinators. A coach that will actually recruit better players. A coach that doesn’t constantly complain about NIL, and focuses on coaching. A coach that won’t suffer historic losses. A coach that will WIN the conference. A coach that won’t hire senior citizens or dementia patients as coordinators.
A coach that players actually want to play for. A coach that has more than five plays in the playbook. A coach that wants to win the conference and isn’t content with 6-6. A coach that won’t be a payroll bandit. A coach that doesn’t focus on pissing off his fans, alum, or donors. A coach that can beat his rival more than four times in twenty seasons. A coach that will make the program better in a watered down conference, and not worse.
