Love that he had that much energy and passion in a noncon FCS game. A lot of the game felt like the team wasn’t fired up.

Well that is strange as hell. The alleged theft was reported way back in May and the arrest warrant was issued on May 23rd. And they are just now serving the warrant? WTF? Convenient that it is right before the Oregon game.
To be clear it was larceny of merchandise from a retailer which is a criminal misdemeanor .
