True, but Penn State was founded earlier than oSu and has more alumni, and has been favored with higher financial payouts by ESPN which provides, along with their stadium revenue deeper pockets, etc. etc. - so everything is relative.

How different would this new era of college football look if all the teams were going into this new era of college sports on a lot more equal basis?
