Schools cannot pay players NIL money. Stop saying this. Yes, the donors could instead of donating to the school, offer to pay some prospect to do a commercial or a ribbon cutting or something, but the school’s money cannot go to the NIL. I guess Weiberg could tell the donors to create some sham job, but that’s probably illegal for him to advise them to do that.
