As OSU Preps for KU, A Brief Recap of the History of the Series

OSU can extend its winning streak in the series to 11 on Saturday.

They used to have an ok program back in the day. Big names like Gale Sayers and John Riggins. More modern ones that aren’t quite as big, but still recognizable are Dana Stubblefield in the 90’s and Aquib Talib drafted in '08. OSU football doesn’t exactly have the longest tradition either so I’m not really surprised by how close it is, even if it does look embarrassing given KU’s current quality.

Since getting rid of the fat guy who was winning( another who has never recovered after forcing a winning coach) have not utilized the best players. They not get alot of good players. But have had some, and failed to get the the ball. I do not see that changing under the mad hatter. Pookie is a good back that’s the one to watch this yr.

I didn’t realize we went 2 straight years without playing them after their random Bama-like season in ‘07. Also, I’m surprised you brought up lopsided wins and chose to ignore the 70-28 beat down in 2011. It was 56-7 at halftime, and Kansas scored first! How often has a P5 team given up 8 straight touchdowns in one half of football?

Saw that too. I just thought ever else would remember it, so I lift it out. Lmao
