If we didn’t add Utah and added say Arizona instead, we would be in 12 states and Big 12 could still make sense as a conference name.

We should add Arizona, Arizona State, and New Mexico.
On new teams my first two questions are how many can we add to keep get the full 32 and would someone be happy to be in the east pod.
Im if there is no team limit take 8 teams and get to 20. Leaving out stanford and cali. But 2 teams would have the pod in the east if we go to a 5 team pod.
So not sure if true, but makes since.
Espn will pay full money for any p5 school coming in to 16 teams that 4 new adds. Fox is all in for 2 teams. Not a big deal thats just 20 million. 20 by 16 teams is a only 1.25 million per team. So getting are bang for bucks it should be utah,uo, and washington. Iknow arizona is in there so drop one of those 3
