Exactly. This is an improvement, but it will do nothing for minimizing conference bias.

I don’t mind the new format except the human element is still too much. They need to bring back the BCS formula and use it for 12 teams.

The format you shown is wrong
It would have been the 6-6 the top ranked gr conference winnig would been in ou out. Even based on this year. Washington would not been top four fsu. Still ou out. Top g5 in

If this team stays healthy. Gundy has no reason to not have a top 12 team next season. Even if he still has a WR coach pretending to be a OC. Then again, I’ve seen stranger things happen. So I can’t say I’d be surprised if they aren’t.
Utah is favored by many.

Utah is not OU or Texas. Like I said, there’s no reason for him to not be a top 12 team with what he has returning.

They weren’t good enough last season because they were blown out of the water by UCF and South Bama. Hopefully, that was a wake up call to start giving the ball to the best players you have from the start. Especially when you have the best running back in the country on your team. Still think we need to can Dunn though.
Did the USA keep us from making the conference championship ? UCF happens to a lot of teams with a good qb that catches fire against a young secondary and can run. Don’t come back saying it doesn’t happen. We were able to beat BYU to make the CC
First thing every team will do is stack the line to stop Ollie, that’s where the game will be. Stribling back, Owen’s , Presley we should be able to get chunks of yardage. That opens Ollie up, only thing he needs to do is stop the dramatics
