Cowboys, Bo Jin Finish NCAA Championships Stroke Play in Second

OSU starts match play against Vanderbilt.

For the first time I can recall, I’m thankful for match play. Otherwise, today would have gone down as one of the all-time collapses. Fortunately, tomorrow is a new day and they’re three wins away from another natty.

Not sure if many more schools choke when it counts as much as teams from OSU have choked over the years. They were position to run away from the field today.

No other way to say it: just a collapse. But doesn’t matter thanks to match play. One need look no farther than Stanford’s women’s team last week: they ran away from the field in stroke play and immediately fell to the No. 8 seed.

A little humility might help.

We’re in to the semi’s. With pepperdine

Gupta needs to play quicker. Painful to watch how slow he is.
