Ndiaye is 6-1 and averaged double figures in the Big Ten last season.

Hoyt is smashing it in the portal. If this teams gels and makes a good run in the NCAA, then Chad better start getting an extension ready.

So seeing these commits makes you wonder what the hell happened to the team? Why did everyone leave except for one?

Total speculation here but - with the accusation about lying from the parent of one player, that she promised more court time for their kid - perhaps last year Coach Hoyt evened out the money thinking she could get a deep team and make a run that way (play a lot of kids and keep them fresh). Then she finds that some are not as good as expected and went with a shorter bench. Several players are upset and leave.

If spreading the money doesn’t work, now condense that money to get six or seven PLAYERS and fill in the rest with minimum bucks and roll those dice.

Pure speculation.

Go Pokes!!!
