Thanks for stopping by – here’s your daily dose of Oklahoma State sports news. Scores Wrestling: Pokes 33, Missouri 3 Three Thoughts • Today, the Pokes play the game where they’ll Remember the Ten – and that game has been moved up by an hour, as well as free admission for all in town (PFB) • New revenue is coming for Division I teams this fall – what are the two patches on OSU’s jersey going to be? I’m guessing one energy company (BP Capital?), a banking partner, or maybe Love’s goes all out to capture OU, OSU, and the Thunder. Beginning Aug. 1, Division I teams can place up to two patches of no more than 4 square inches on uniforms for regular-season games. Those are in addition to the logos already allowed for the uniform manufacturers. [ESPN] • Pokes really drew a tough straw with the schedule earlier this week. Two of their first four games are at home against Oregon and on the road against West Virginia. But the schedule picks up even more with trips to Houston, Ames, Manhattan, and Tempe. They also host Texas Tech as well. Yikes. [HCS] Two Quotes • Fascinating – OSU…

Is the audio terrible for anyone else? There’s so much static!

Starting with wide open 3s for ISU. No surprise there.

The static seems gone now, thankfully.

Lutz is having a hard time getting his team to fix what Needs to be fixed. Either his players have low IQ or lutz can’t get he’s guys to do what he wants but either way it’s not good. Soft coach.

This announcer wants to take over coaching for Lutz lol. Don’t blame him

****.

That.

These players are getting paid now. Stop treating them like children and hold THEM accountable. Blaming the coach is easy and lazy. They’re the ones not moving their feet. They’re the ones not rotating. They’re the ones taking bad shots. If these guys want to get paid, they can get treated like the pros.

The fans showed up and these clowns are laying an egg with their poor effort.

The coach is always to blame when the team continues to do same bad habits. You sit them when they mess up and you let them know real loud. Lutz is doing neither. Too soft.

Sit them and play who? You obviously have the answers, so bless us with your strategy to get this team to play better.

How TF do you know Lutz isn’t letting them know loud?

You don’t.

Watch the consistently good teams and watch their coaches how they interact with their players. Kansas, Houston, Texas tech ext. players play like their coaches coach.

Uh….,I’m watching the game :joy:. And the use of time outs are not good from lutz.

You’re not in practice. You don’t see them every day.

You don’t know a ■■■■ thing.

In practice? It’s called get it done in games bro. I’m not sure if your lutz’s nephew or relative but you wrong here.

You don’t want to hold the players accountable, who are getting PAID. That asinine.

You like to act like you know everything, but you clearly didn’t see where put the loss to TCU 1000% on Lutz. Because it was obviously on him in the late game based on his decisions. Poor effort is on the players. Again, you’re being lazy by blaming everything on the coach.

Iv said these players are average at best as a whole for the big 12.

I’m a total masochist for wanting to see if we have any improvement in the second half.

I guarantee kelvin Samson would have set the whole starting line up in the first 5 minutes for that mess we just witnessed. Hard to watch.

Crean: “this is where (player) leadership comes into play.”

Yeah, too bad we don’t have any leaders on this team. He’s spot on about how these guys don’t show any emotion or take responsibility.

I’m glad to see Crotty get more PT. I don’t think Lutz has given him enough opportunities. He plays hard and can catch fire when given space.

Also, JFC, what is going on with Lefty?!

Our hands have been more active and intensity better this half, with a little luck that ISU isn’t hitting the shots they were knocking down in the first half.
