This is just a variation of the Xs and Os or Johnnies and Joes argument. For me, the answer is both are equally important, even in the NIL era. You can have the greatest coaching staff assembled, but without the talent wins will be hard to come by. Conversely, you can have the best players that money can buy, but with a mediocre coaching stuff you won’t live up to potential.
