“Great question here – what’s your realistic win/loss prediction for football this fall?”
In all honesty, 5-8 wins could be viewed as realistic.
I think our offense improves dramatically and is at least a top 3 offense in B12. Our defense will improve statistically because our offense will not be punting as much. However, we might be back to 45-42 games vs the better offenses. I will go 7-5 and a much more competitive team. I think the only way we are lower than that is if Mestemaker were to get hurt. We might even perform better if our defense is at least average in the B12.
I’d go 7-5 as well with losses to Oregon, Houston, Texas Tech (despite their current issue at QB), Kansas State, and Arizona State.
I’m going with 7-8 wins despite what pundits say. Tech will be tough as will be Oregon. KStste doesn’t givff me nightmares, , same as Arizona St ,…, Wouldn’t it be a shocker if we beat Oregon
