Pokes are climbing the CFP rankings – up to No. 22 this week (from No. 23). Bullets Rundown • Boynton’s recruiting: just kicking off • Chuba Heisman chatter • Rating Rudolph’s season OSU Bullets • Marshall pointed out something terrific about Mike Boynton: how he opportunistically and patiently recruits – sort of using every part of the signing period. In the coming weeks and months, players will commit to schools, filling their allotted scholarships and other players with hopes of going to that school will have to reevaluate. College coaches will get fired, giving commits and signees the option to look elsewhere. And players will enter the transfer portal whether it be the grad transfer route of otherwise. Isaac Likekele was once a Fresno State pledge before his would-be coach left the school, giving him the chance to go to OSU. Chris Harris was signed with Texas A&M, but when Billy Kennedy was fired, Harris decided to go to Stillwater. An interesting point brought up on CBS’ coverage of (Bryce) Thompson’s commitment is that Thompson chose Kansas despite the possibilities of NCAA sanctions affecting the program. That could be another possibility for movement in the coming months. [PFB] Just looking…

As an Oklahoma State Army ROTC alum, I am really loving the respect the program is getting from the Football team.
