The more I hear about Eric Morris, the more it solidifies him as the #1 candidate for HC in my mind:
A Head Coach who has shown he can turn around a bad program (which we are).
“A reputation for identifying and developing under-the-radar quarterbacks such as Cam Ward, John Mateer and current North Texas starter Drew Mestemaker.” This means he could get a good QB on the cheap, thereby diverting NIL funds to other areas, specifically OL and DL.
Has connections in the state of Texas, which is critical in recruiting.

ESPN just reported that James Franklin and Virginia Tech are in early talks to become the Hokies next HC.
I’m liking him also , if he’s hired I would bet he brings the qb with him We definitely need a good qb, I do think Hauss has lots of potential Zane doesn’t have it for me

Agreed. Another reason is that Baylor is probably going to fire Aranda, and you know Morris would be their top choice. Gotta play keep away lol.

I’m not sure they will fire Aranda right now. They are having to hire a new AD from what I’ve heard Also Morris’s qb they said he has a slew that have offered 3 million or more To me since he hasn’t signed into the portal that is tampering. I guess anything goes now
