Should probably officially hire a coach so we can start building a roster for next year. Monday is the first and we still don’t have a coach. We are looking pretty dumb right now.

Good coaching can fix a lot of flaws with average talent, whereas good talent is wasted with mediocre coaching. So I think we’ll win in the exchange.
