Defenders to look out for in 2026.
I’ve said this before, but its refreshing to hear our coach call our players by their names and not just by their numbers. I always thought it made Gundy look like he only knew his own team from film study.

I may be mistaken, but it seems like Pat Jones used to do that… which may be Gundy imitating his mentor.

I dont recall if Jones did that for his own team or not. But its still a bad look imo. In a game/business where relationships matter, that always struck me as impersonal.
