WWF events dnt draw more then any nfl game. For most matches I’m sure most “fans” dnt want to drive to watch a osu 30 to some college 3.
We get more at ou matches, everybody likes a ou lose.
The big ten r just better matches and big population to draw from. Both towns and college size.
It is weird wrestling is the last to get a new shop.

Really entertaining and fun article gifted with accurate criticisms. Mike Holder has said that Cowboy wrestling program is the next project. But he also said for that to happen some big donor has to step up so that others will follow suit and that has not happened. The best thing to make that happen would be to have a string of NCAA championships. I used to think that having the number one recruit in the nation would be enough to draw larger crowds at Cowboy matches but that does not seem to be true. I still think that Mike Holder should invest in hiring a sports marketing consultant to learn how to sell more tickets to wrestling matches.
